The program assists listeners in making more educated choices when purchasing food either for the kitchen or at restaurants. Currently broadcast on 34 radio stations across Canada, Deconstructing Dinner also appears on over a dozen stations around the world. All episodes are accessible through the Internet in live, archived and podcasting formats.
