The program assists listeners in making more educated choices when purchasing food either for the kitchen or at restaurants. Currently broadcast on 34 radio stations across Canada, Deconstructing Dinner also appears on over a dozen stations around the world. It is the most comprehensive source for grass-fed meat and dairy products in the United States and Canada. Featured products include pastured beef, pork, lamb, bison (buffalo), rabbits, chevon (goat meat), deer, elk, chicken, ducks, turkey, and even yak.
