Sell at farmers' markets in Sooke and Victoria, sell wholesale to restaurants and chefs on Vancouver Island; and run a weekly fresh produce box program. Also select, save, and sell seed; and research, trial, and publish articles about various aspects of organic farming, green building, and sustainable living.

Offer apprenticeships, farm-stays, and a great diversity of workshops at Camosun College, at conferences, and on the farm.
