Tests Show Most Store Honey Isn't Honey

Ultra-filtering Removes Pollen, Hides Honey Origins in honey sold in the USA (likely not much different in Canada). The filtering in theory makes the honey 'crystal-clear' but by removing the pollen it makes it impossible to trace the source (eg. China where honey may contain antibiotics).
