Tim Lang of City University's Centre for Food Policy delivered this paper at Cornell University in April 2009.  The paper is subtitled: Thoughts on the long dynamic of Food Democracy, Food Control & Food Policy in the 21st Century.  Tim explores the enormity of the current challenges to food policy and elaborates on why he believes the current "crisis" is neither new nor unexpected.
